A working directory of public records and company material used to find, test, and attribute coverage. These sources inform reporting; they do not control it.
Company releases
Company releases are useful for dated announcements, stated plans, and quoted positions. They are attributed as company statements and checked against filings and government records where the claim is material.
SEC filings
SEC filings are primary records for filed disclosures, including annual, quarterly, current, and ownership reports. A filing is not treated as independent confirmation of every company assertion inside it.
Presentations & PDFs
The investor-relations archive links current corporate updates, technical presentations, and downloadable presentation material. Figures, forecasts, and engineering claims remain attributed and are never converted into site facts without a cited source record.
Market reference
The company’s stock page identifies its chart as at least 15 minutes delayed and sourced from LSEG. This publication links to it as external context; it does not reproduce a live quote, chart, price target, or trading signal.
Government record
For U.S. deep-seabed mining status, NOAA’s public DSHMRA page is the reference point for application types, public-process milestones, and issued authorizations. It outranks a company headline when the two use different terms.
Image & PDF boundaries
TMC’s releases and presentations provide visual-reference cues: dark nodule textures, disciplined technical captions, shipboard engineering, restrained palette, and spacious diagrams. This publication does not copy, hotlink, or imply a license to use company photography, charts, logos, or PDFs. Original non-evidentiary illustrations are labeled; factual graphics are built from cited data.
