Material errors are corrected visibly, not silently.

Start with what this page covers. A heading names the lane; it does not make a claim beyond it.
- 02VERSION
Check the effective date, last update, and version. The record has a timestamp because memory is not a control.
- 03RESPONSE
Something wrong or incomplete? The correction path stays public.
Open corrections
Request a correction
Use the corrections and contact form to send the article URL, the disputed statement, supporting evidence, and an optional reply address. We collect only what is needed to assess and document the request.
Corrections and updates
Material corrections identify what was wrong, what changed, and when. Articles retain publication and modification times and version history. Routine style changes need not carry a correction note.
Retractions
A retracted article remains at its URL with a prominent notice, reason, original publication date, and retraction date. Its headline and sharing metadata must not continue a misleading claim.
