The public site is designed to work without reader accounts, subscriptions, advertising profiles, or behavioral targeting.
Public reading
The application does not currently create reader accounts, sell personal data, run a mailing list, or use advertising trackers. The hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL for delivery, abuse prevention, and security.
Correction and contact reports
The form stores the report, referenced URLs, optional reply address, receipt, timestamps, and editorial status. A one-way connection fingerprint is retained for up to 48 hours for rate limiting. Reports and their correction history may be retained for up to 24 months for accountability, then deleted unless legal or editorial integrity needs require longer retention.
Protected newsroom
Editors and independent reviewers authenticate through Cloudflare Access in production. Signed identity, role, decision, time, revision, and exact-file checksums are retained in editorial audit records.
AI production
Verified editorial packets may be retrieved by a private Custom GPT after a human starts the job. Public source material and approved brand references may be processed in ChatGPT under the account and product settings chosen by the operator. The website does not store ChatGPT login credentials or automate chatgpt.com.
Your request
Use the editorial contact form and choose “Privacy request” to request access, correction, or deletion of a contact report. Include its receipt when available.
