BRIEF PREVIEW

FACT — The International Seabed Authority said its Legal and Technical Commission recommended Council approval of NORI’s application after finding the applicable criteria and procedures satisfied. TMC’s March 2026 10-Q describes NORI as a wholly owned subsidiary and the request as a five-year exploration-contract extension. STATUS — ISA lists the NORI instrument as a draft Council decision. The recommendation is favorable, but it is not final approval.
