Accessibility
Legal notices, evidence, forms, and disclosures should work without a mouse or perfect vision.
Three things to keep in frame.
- 01SCOPE
Start with what this page covers. A heading names the lane; it does not make a claim beyond it.
- 02VERSION
Check the effective date, last update, and version. The record has a timestamp because memory is not a control.
- 03RESPONSE
Something wrong or incomplete? The correction path stays public.

Our standard
We use semantic headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus, descriptive links, form labels, text alternatives, reduced-motion support, and disclosures that are not color-only or hover-only.
Report a barrier
Use the corrections and contact form with the page URL, the barrier, and your preferred contact method. We will prioritize access to the underlying information while investigating a durable fix.
